The ERPC’s overarching objectives are to 1) Increase “pharma awareness” and workforce preparedness of rural counties’ young talent in eNC; 2) Increase the numbers, capabilities and productivity of associate and bachelor’s degree graduates; and 3) Increase ECU’s readiness to re-skill, up-skill, and new-skill incumbent employees of our pharma manufacturers.
